We are located approximately 2 miles East of Forfar on the A932 Arbroath Road.

When approaching from Forfar you will pass the Forfar golf club on the right hand side just out of town. Continue for a further half mile or so and you will see the brown Tourist Scotland sign indicating 'Murton Nature Reserve' to the left. This is the reserve car park.

If arriving from the East on the A932, you will see the sign for Kookaburra restaurant and Foresterseat caravan park on the left. Continue through the series of bends and you will see the brown Tourist Scotland sign indicating 'Murton Nature Reserve' to the right. This is the reserve car park.

The car park is open each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 9am and 4pm. Group visits outwith these days may be able to use the car park by prior arrangement (staffing levels dependant).
